Within the District's boundaries there are a variety of neighborhoods including: the Binning Tract, North Davis Meadows, Downtown Davis, Central Davis, West Davis, UC Davis, Winters, and the farmland linking Davis and Winters. Supervisor Frerichs represents District 2, which includes the City of Winters, a portion of the City of Davis, and the UC Davis campus. Each district in Yolo County has approximately 45,000 residents.
